1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Ellis Greensitt, a sole trader trading as CiteBefore. Email: hello@citebefore.co.uk. No telephone. Law of England and Wales.

2. What we sell

Informational digital products: a one-off Claim Register PDF (£29), monthly Site Watch (£79), and monthly Agency watch (£149). Free scan when live is limited to one URL per week.

We do not give ASA clearance, legal advice, or confirmation that any claim is cleared to publish.

3. Contract

Distance contract. Formed when the Stripe invoice is paid. If we cannot crawl a publicly reachable URL you supplied, we refund the one-off register or credit the first Watch month after a good-faith attempt.

4. Cooling-off

Consumers may cancel within 14 days by emailing hello@, unless they ticked to begin supply immediately (CCR 2013 reg 37). Business buyers: consumer cooling-off does not apply.

5. Payment

GBP, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. VAT is not charged.

6. Liability

Outputs are informational. CAP / ASA guidance and your advisers remain the compliance record. Consumers: CRA rights remain. Business: liability limited to the price paid for the relevant product in the month of the claim.
